We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People Team. Reporting directly to the Director of People, this role will play a critical part in supporting our Engineering, Product, and Design organization and driving key HR initiatives across the business. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive employee experience, partnering with managers to develop their teams, and ensuring operational excellence in HR practices.

On a typical day, you will...

  1. Managerial Support:
    • Partner with Managers to provide guidance on people management, team dynamics, and performance development.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with leaders to identify and address team needs and challenges.
    • Act as a trusted advisor for managers, helping them navigate organizational changes, talent discussions, and employee relations.

  2. Learning & Development (L&D):
    • Support the implementation of Learning and Development initiatives within the Engineering organization.
    • Collaborate with the Director of People to identify skill gaps and propose targeted training and development programs.
    • Facilitate workshops or training sessions for ICs and managers, as needed.

  3. Employee Experience & Engagement:
    • Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve retention and engagement.
    • Drive initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture within the Engineering team.
    • Support team engagement activities in collaboration with the Workplace Experience team.

  4. Operational HRBP Tasks:
    • Provide day-to-day HR support, including guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
    • Assist in the implementation of performance review cycles and career progression frameworks.
    • Support workforce planning, including organizational design, succession planning, and headcount forecasting.

  5. Data and Insights:
    • Leverage people analytics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to managers and leadership.
    • Monitor key HR metrics and ensure timely reporting to the Director of People.

  6. Project Ownership:
    • Take ownership of specific HR projects or initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or wellbeing initiatives.
    • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

About You

  • Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, global, or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including employee relations, performance management, and L&D.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with global HR practices and working across different geographies is a plus.
