As part of our Talent team, you’ll play a key role in our top priority: hiring exceptional talent. We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll contribute both recruitment coordination and talent sourcing—helping us identify, engage, and support top candidates throughout the hiring journey. You’ll collaborate closely with 3 recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience from first contact to final offer.

On a typical day, you will...

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams and time zones
  • Make sure every candidate has a smooth, positive experience—from first chat to final step
  • Manage candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with job postings, screening, and follow-up communications
  • Track recruitment metrics and support reporting for hiring activity and candidate pipeline health
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles (mainly technical roles)
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other online platforms 
  • Write engaging messages that actually get responses (no boring templates here!)
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator/Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or similar role in recruitment
  • You are highly structured and organized. We want someone who excels in setting priorities and time management
  • You realize the importance and purpose of administrative tasks that help the rest of the recruitment team to provide the best candidate experience
  • You speak English. You will be in daily touch with foreigners, therefore we require fluent English
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS)
  • Experience sourcing for technical roles is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
